Lifetime warranty 
 We stand behind our Armchem paper dispensers. All our paper dispensers have a lifetime limited warranty. Most of our other products have various limited warranties. Please email us at info@armchem.com if you have any questions on a particular product(s).


Hassle-free returns 
We'll credit or refund most items purchased or help you select a replacement within 30 days of purchase.  Restocking charges may apply.  Please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number for all returns.  No returns will be accepted without this number.

Refunds and returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the time of purchase.  Items that have been used or are not in saleable condition will not be accepted for returrns.  Please contact us at infor@armchem.com or by phone at 1-800-886-0423 for further information.
